The 36525-986 includes three 40-watt candelabra base incandescent bulbs for the integrated light kit, and a 4-speed wall control with a full-range dimmer to easily operate your ceiling fan. It is supplied with one 4-Inch downrod, one 6-Inch downrod, and five reversible blades with a 13.5 degree blade pitch. The Colton has a 4-speed reversible 172mm x 18mm motor with Airflow rated at 4745 CFM on high, 73 CFM per Watt, and only uses 65-watts (excluding any lights) on high. The 36525-986 comes one per package, and includes 80-Inches of lead wire. For safety reasons, a ceiling fan should hang no lower than 7-feet above the floor.
